Winter Fruit Tree Pruning Workshop
Save the date!
Huerta del Valle will be hosting a winter fruit tree pruning workshop at our garden this month January 22, 2022 from 10 a - 12 pm at our Ontario location. Maggie Oniell of SB County UC Master Gardeners will be leading this workshop and demonstrating how to prune and answering any questions you might have.
This event is done in partnership with the Ontario City Library and UC Master Gardeners of San Bernardino County.

Composting Workshop
Save the date for our first workshop of the year!
We will be hosting a compost basics workshop at our Jurupa garden location next Saturday, January 15th from 11 a - 1 p.
HDV Jurupa: 7701 Mission Blvd., Riverside, CA [Located behind Glen Avon Heritage Park]
Our staff farmer Andres Vicario will lead this workshop and we'll go through a demo of making a compost pile and talking about everything compost!
